Initiatives to be taken to provide self-employment to 15 lakh youths this year

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that loans will be provided at large scale to youths for self employment during the current year. Initiative will be taken to link 15 lakh youths with self employment. Self employment fair will be organised in every district of the state. CM Chouhan was addressing the Mukhya Mantri Swa-Rozgar evam Koushal Sammelan in Jabalpur today.

CM Chouhan said that the youth of the state do not lag behind in talent and labour. We are confident that in future, our youngsters will also succeed in getting position in the list of top industrialists of the country. He said that the State Government has taken initiative to provide jobs to youth of the state in private companies. Training arrangements will be made in this regard.

 CM Chouhan recalling former Speaker of Legislative Assembly, late Shri Ishwardas Rohani said that his life was dedicated to the public. He was always committed to solving problems and removing grief of common people. He had paid attention on every aspect associated with the public interest from children education to health. The Chief Minister said that MLA Shri Ashok Rohani is working to fulfill his father's dreams.

The Chief Minister said that the state government is committed to welfare of every section of the society. The government will provide fee of talented students in case of their admission in prestigious educational institutes. He also mentioned the steps taken by the government to provide all facilities for the education of children.

CM Chouhan called upon the youth to step up for setting up their own ventures under various schemes of the government.

CM Chouhan exhorted the citizens of Jabalpur for commitment to achieve top position in the country in cleanliness.

Chief Minister Chouhan honoured senior citizens for their contribution in the field of social service with shawls and garlands. Moreover, CM Chouhan also honoured beneficiaries for their remarkable achievements under the Mukhya Mantri Swa-Rozgar Yojana and progressive farmers who have set new records in the field of advance agriculture.
