Samadhan-Ek Din Arrangement to be implemented in all Districts and Tahsils

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan while redressing the cases of the applicants through video conferencing under the Samadhan Online at Mantralaya today, gave instructions for suspension of Chief Engineer of Public Works Department besides action against other officers-employees for negligence. CM Chouhan instructed that Samadhan-Ek Din arrangement should be made from December 15, 2017 in all the districts and tahsil headquarters. Such services should be included in the arrangement which do not require record verification. These services will be provided from the public service center on the same day of application. Benefit of housing allowance scheme should be given to the scheduled caste and tribe students on taking admissions in diploma courses. Arrangement to take stamp charges for revenue services by public service centers should be abolished. Chief Secretary Shri B.P. Singh and Senior Administrative Officers were present on the occasion.

In the case of application of Shri Jagannath Prajapti of village Kandara Kotri district Rajgarh, wherein he informed about the non-payment of compensation amount against acquisition of land for construction of Boda to Barkhera road, the Public Works Department informed that the compensation amount was deposited in some other account due to the error. The responsible employee has been suspended for the delay in this case and show cause notices have been issued to 3 officer and employees. CM Chouhan instructed that the Chief Engineer of department who has forced closed this case of C.M. helpline should be suspended. Sushri Hemlata Shakya of Dabra district Gwalior informed that she has studied in the nursing college but has not received the housing allowance. The concerned department has informed that the students is pursuing diploma course, therefore she is not entitle for housing allowance under the rule. Shri Chouhan gave instructions that rules should be amended and benefit of the scheme should be given to schedule caste and tribe students on taking admissions in diploma courses. On the application of Shri Anis Qureshi of Bhopal for not getting free medicines in Hamidia hospital, Shri Chouhan instructed for investigation in the case. He also gave instructions for conducting surprise inspection of free medicine distribution arrangement in Hamidia hospital. On the application of the handicapped youth Shri Balram s/o Shri Amar Singh of village Guradiya of district Agar-Malwa for the loan which was not sanctioned earlier under the swa-rozgar Yojana and sanctioning of less amount at later stage, CM Shri Chouhan gave instructions to initiate action by writing a letter to the senior officer of the concerned bank. On the application of Smt. Asha Saini of Indore district for not getting samman nidhi of loktantra senani after the death of her husband, Shri Chouhan instructed the AGMP Gwalior to conduct an enquiry for keeping the application in abeyance for 2 years. Moreover, on the complaint of Shri Deepu Mourya of Indore district for not getting certificate after obtaining training from the ITI, Shri Chouhan gave instructions for conducting a departmental enquiry of the concerned principal besides enquiry in all such cases. In the case of Shri Shailendra Singh and Shri Pradeep Vishwakarma of village Dhimarkheda of Katni district for delay in examination result due to non-availability of training arrangements in skill development center Umaria Pan, Shri Chouhan instructed for blacklisting the concerned assessing organization. Furthermore, on the application of Shri Kamlesh Jatav of village Bujurg Mouta –district Bhind for not getting kisan credit card owing to non-registration of patta land in the revenue record, Shri Chouhan gave instruction to initiate action for the suspension of the concerned tahsildar. In the case of Shri Vishnu Dhangar of village Hatuniya- district Neemuch for getting second installment late for the construction of the pond, CM Shri Chouhan gave instruction to conduct an enquiry against the concerned officers of the agriculture department. On the application of Shri Guru Prasad Pandey of village Balbehra-district Shahdol for not getting compensation against land acquisition for the construction of canal and on the applications of Smt. Madhuri Bhati of Ratlam district besides Smt. Rajratna Rathore for not getting marriage registration certificate on time, Shri Chouhan ordered for an enquiry in the cases. Moreover, Shri Chouhan issued instructions for special attention on the implementation of Ujjawala Yojana in the rural areas while redressing the complaint of Smt. Guddi Bai Ahirwar of village Khejra Khurd of district Ashoknagar for the delay in getting gas connection under the scheme and instructed the officials to make arrangement to avoid inconvenience to the beneficiaries in getting refills.

Special campaign to reap benefits of self-employment schemes

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed to launch a special campaign for youths to benefit from swarozgar schemes in all districts. Cases should be sent to the banks as per target under swarozgar schemes and regular follow-ups should be carried out. Diversion fee should not be taken from farmers who construct houses in their fields in rural areas. Services should be made available through Lok Seva Kendras without any time-limit. He said that good governance is topmost priority of the state government. Farmers who have not got registered earlier in Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana can now get registered on the portal between coming November 15 to 25. Shri Chouhan told to ensure that all eligible farmers are registered. The price difference of 1 lakh 55 thousand registered farmers, who have sold their crops in mandis between October 16 and 31, should be deposited in their accounts by November 20.

A land-rights campaign will be launched from January 26 to April 14, 2018 to distribute land-rights certificates to homeless persons in every district. He told to ensure that no eligible person is left out in this campaign.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan congratulated five districts including Indore, Betul, Alirajpur, Burhanpur and Ratlam, five district panchayats Alirajpur, Betul, Burhanpur, Mandla and Seoni, five Municipal Corporations including Ratlam, Singrauli, Bhopal, Chhindwada and Rewa for good performance on CM Helpline. Similarly, he lauded Bhind, Neemuch, Seoni, Dindori and Morena for redressal of CM Helpline complaints related to Home department and Badwani, Shajapur, Jhabua, Dewas and Neemuch district for redressal of complaints related to Forest department. Among officers-employees who were lauded for redressal of cases on CM Helpline were Assistant Commercial Tax Officer from Sagar district, Shri Yashwant Dhanoura, PHED Assistant Engineer from Narsinghpur district Shri Ranjan Singh Thakur, Assistant Health Officer of Municipal Corporation Bhopal Shri Rajiv Saxena, Junior Engineer of Energy Department of Mandsaur district Shri N.K.
