‘Samadhan Ek Din’ Scheme to be Reviewed Every Month

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave instructions to strengthen administrative system. Payment should be ensured to all farmers within next one week under the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana. ‘Samadhan Online’ scheme will be reviewed every month now. This programme is a very significant step in the direction of good governance and negligence of any kind will not be tolerated in this regard. This scheme has been introduced at all the Lok Seva Centers from March 7. These instructions were given by the Chief Minister Shri Chouhan under the Samadhan Online programme here today. The Chief Secretary Shri B.P. Singh was also present.


Mutation cases not found despite search

It was informed during the CM Helpline review that better work has been done in all the districts to redress mutation cases. Pending mutation cases are not being found despite search. Moreover, it was informed that best work has been carried out in Rewa, Gwalior, Shivpuri, Bhind and Datia in connection to redress the mutation cases.

Shri Chouhan mentioned that he will view the progress in connection to the important schemes and directives on CM Dashboard everyday now. He further stated that the state government is starting an ambitious programme for one crore 50 lakh labourers of unorganized sector. Under the programme, registration of unorganized labourers will be undertaken from April 1 to May 15. Facilities like patta, house, free medical, education, nutritious food, self-employment, benefits under Ujjawala yojana, flat electricity bill of Rs. 200 per month besides other will be provided to these labourers. A wide scale security circle is being made for the poor labourers through this programme. All the Collectors must take planned action at a wide level in their respective districts for the registration. The state government has also established a Gharib Kalyan Kosh. Gharib Mazdoor melas will be organized in all the districts to give benefit to the eligible beneficiaries during the month of April and May.

Prepare Emergency Potable Water Scheme

CM Shri Chouhan said that benefit of various self-employment schemes should be provided to the beneficiaries by holding conventions. Registration work for wheat procurement is being started from April 15. Ensure registration of all the eligible beneficiaries. An amount of Rs. 265 per quintal besides support price will be deposited in the bank accounts of the registered farmers under the Mukhya Mantri Samraddhi yojana. Gram, red lentil, mustard and also onion have been included under the Bhvantar Bhugtan yojana. Ensure registration of all the farmers producing these agriculture produces. Shoes, slippers and water bottles will be distributed to tendu leaf collectors under the Charan Paduka yojana. This programme will be organized in 15 districts. Make proper arrangements in this connection. Moreover, Shri Chouhan said that emergency scheme should be prepared for supply of potable water during the summer season in all the districts. Make advance and comprehensive arrangements for the emergency potable water scheme. Make transport arrangements to ensure water availability, if required.

Redresses Complaints

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan got redressed complaints of 11 persons on the occasion. He instructed collectors to redress the complaints within a week after conducting an enquiry in the cases, according to the nature of the complaints.

Pending complaints of financial assistance against the death of the sons of Shri Bharat Lodhi of Indore and Shri Jagdish Sikarwar of Morena, medical treatment of hearing impaired daughter of Shri Brijesh Agarwal of Raisen, complaint of pending amount of Shri Ashok Singh Budram of Guna under the Bhavantar Bhugtan yojana, pending pension of Shri Rajaram of Rewa, pending of payment pension with the Forest department of Shri Pintoo Sahu of Sidhi, pending amount due of Shri Shobhanath Prajapati of Umaria under the Mukhya Mantri Kanya Vivah yojana, pending amount due to Shri Dilip Dewda of Alirajpur against housing allowance, non receipt of low cost food grain due to unavailability of eligibility slip, pending claims of Shri Bhaiyyaram of Singruali and Shri Puroshottam of Khargone against the cattle insurance and complaint of Shri Chouhan Singh Dangi against encroachment on hand pump were redressed during the programme.

Samadhan Ek Din

It may be mentioned that the pilot project of Samadhan Ek Din, the unique initiative to provide public services within a day has received success as expected. Under the pilot project of Samadhan Ek Din, total 76 thousand 564 applications were received towards 28 services at lok seva kendras of district headquarters during the month from February 5. Out of these applications, 76 thousand 474 applications were redressed within a day
