Fraudulent companies and mafia will not be spared - CM Shri Chouhan

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has issued instructions to take strict action against chitfund companies involved in any type of mafia and cheating public. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has said that cheating with the people of Madhya Pradesh will not be tolerated. The fraudulent chit fund companies will be uprooted and strict legal action will be taken against them, so that fear is instilled in them and the people of the state can be protected.   

As many as 90 immovable properties of Sai Prasad Private Limited Company have been confiscated across the state in a campaign launched against such people, who are cheating the people of the state. With nearly 3 crore 50 lakh of 130 investors of Sehore district got stuck in the above mentioned company, Sehore Collector and District Magistrate has issued an order for confiscation of property against Sai Prasad Private Limited Company. 

Superintendent of Police, Sehore, presented a report to the District Collector, informing about the amount of investors, stuck in Sai Prasad Private Limited Company under Crime no. 17/2020 registered at Gopalpur police station in Sehore district and Crime no. 664/2016 lodged in Thana Kotwali Sehore. With no provision for refund and security of the investors, action was taken for confiscation of immovable property of three non-applicants Balasaheb Bhapkar resident Chinchwad Pune, Dharmendra Khati resident Suned and Samar Singh Meena resident Gularpura Nasrullaganj.

Collector and District Magistrate Sehore Shri Ajay Gupta while passing a court order on the report of the Superintendent of Police, passed an order to confiscate 90 properties of Balasaheb Bhapkar, Director of Sai Prasad Private Limited Company, located in 11 districts of Madhya Pradesh. The confiscated properties of Balasaheb Bhapkar include one each in Balaghat, Gwalior, Bina (Sagar), Sehore, Harda and Vidisha districts, 45 in Aagar-Malwa district, 28 in Khargone district, 5 in Ujjain district, 4 in Bhopal district and 2 have been attached in the district and 2 immovable properties in Indore district.

In another order, Collector and District Magistrate Sehore passed orders for confiscation of land survey number 106/2/1 / 1K, 108, 109 area 1.274 hectare located in Suned village, one Alto car and one TVS Jupiter Scooty of Dharmendra Khati resident of Suned village. Apart from this, order for confiscation was also passed for land survey number 2/2/1/3,16/1/2 area 2.366 hectare land, 30 x 30 sq ft. kuchha house of bricks in Gularpura village and one adh-pucca house in Nasraullaganj village belonging to Amar Singh Meena, resident of Gularpura, Nasrullaganj
